Snow Moon

Hello beautiful souls!

The Snow Moon is the full moon in February so called because it is the month where more snow usually falls. It has also been called the Hunger Moon. There are 12 Full Moons in each year, (unless of course there is a Blue Moon)    and different cultures across the planet have given each one a different name, usually to associate what might traditionally be happening in that month - for example, the Harvest Moon. During the Full Moon things can appear larger than life and our emotions can seem deeper and more meaningful somehow. A Full Moon is a perfect time for relaxing and reflecting, then releasing all that no longer serves you. Happy Imbolc sweet souls and blessed be.
